A user is anyone who logs into CallView with their own account. This includes Org Admins, Team Leaders, and SDR-Coaches. Each user gets full platform access based on their role permissions.

What's the difference between Starter and Enterprise?

Starter is for teams with 1-15 users at $500/user/month. Enterprise is for larger teams (15+ users) with custom pricing, volume discounts, custom integrations, and a dedicated account team. Both include full platform access, priority support, and a dedicated Client Success Manager.

What's included in the setup fee?

The one-time $500 per user setup fee (normally $800) covers full platform configuration, CRM integration, AI training on your scripts, and complete system training for your team. Enterprise clients receive custom onboarding packages.

What is AI + Human Loop?

Can I cancel anytime?
