How much does CallView cost?

CallView offers simple per-user pricing:

  • Starter: $500/user/month for teams of 1-15 users. One-time $500 setup fee per user (normally $800).
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing for larger teams (15+ users). Includes volume discounts, custom integrations, and a dedicated account team.
  • AI + Human Loop: Custom pricing for our fully managed solution. Includes the CallView platform plus Philippines-based remote SDRs who operate the system for you.

What's included in the setup fee?

The one-time $500 per user setup fee (normally $800) covers everything you need to go live:

  • Platform Configuration: Full setup of your CallView account and permissions
  • AI Training: Your scripts, objection handlers, and industry knowledge are loaded
  • CRM Integration: Full sync with ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, or your existing CRM
  • Team Onboarding: Complete system training for your entire team
  • Dedicated Success Manager: Your own Client Success Manager to ensure smooth onboarding

Enterprise clients receive custom onboarding packages tailored to their needs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! CallView is month-to-month after the initial setup. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We're confident you'll see ROI and stay, but we don't lock you into long-term contracts.

Is there a free trial?

Setup & Implementation

How long does setup take?

2 weeks from signup to go-live. Here's the typical timeline:

  • Week 1: Script programming, AI training on your objection handlers
  • Week 2: CRM integration, team training, test calls, QA, and go-live

Your team's involvement is minimal - mostly providing scripts, answering questions about your sales process, and reviewing test calls.

No. CallView uses voice cloning technology to replicate your top SDR's voice from just 30 seconds of audio. The AI sounds exactly like your best performer - with natural inflection, pacing, and warmth. Prospects consistently report they can't tell they're speaking with AI until we reveal it.

How does voice cloning work?

During setup, you record a 30-second sample of your top SDR speaking naturally (we provide the script). Our AI analyzes the voice characteristics - tone, pace, inflection patterns - and creates a digital voice model. This model powers all AI calls, making every conversation sound like your best rep is on the line.

What if the AI says something wrong?

This is exactly why CallView is human-in-the-loop, not autonomous. Your SDRs watch every conversation in real-time via the coaching console. If the AI goes off-script or mishandles an objection, your SDR can:
